Cloud is now the default infrastructure for enterprise workloads. The CCSP from ISC2 is the leading cloud security certification, but it is a 125 to 175 question written exam that tests knowledge of the Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix from a book rather than a cloud environment. The ISC2 2025 Workforce Study found that 36% of organisations list cloud security as a critical skills gap, the second highest cited. XCLOUDP builds the cloud security professional who can design, assess, and govern cloud security across multi-cloud environments, not just describe it.
Across six instructor-led days, participants cover the complete cloud security professional domain with hands-on exercises across AWS, Azure, and GCP: cloud architecture and shared responsibility, cloud data security and sovereignty, virtual network security and private endpoints, cloud IAM and CIEM, container and Kubernetes security, DevSecOps pipeline integration, cloud security operations using CSPM tooling, cloud incident response, business continuity in cloud, legal and regulatory compliance including NCSC 14 Cloud Security Principles, CSA CCM v4, and DORA ICT third-party provisions.
On Day 6, participants design a cloud security architecture for a simulated enterprise cloud migration and conduct a cloud security configuration assessment. A senior cloud security architect assesses architecture quality and assessment methodology. XCLOUDP certificate and Practitioner Assessment Report issued together.
