A five-month career bootcamp that takes you from zero to a job-ready project professional. Delivered live in small capped cohorts, around your existing job, covering project fundamentals, structured delivery (PRINCE2 style), Agile and Scrum, procurement and business case, and stakeholder leadership. A non-technical career that fits every industry. Graduate with a British certificate you can verify online.

## What you will be able to do

- Run a project end to end, from initiation to closure
- Deliver with both structured (PRINCE2 style) and agile (Scrum) methods
- Build business cases, RAID logs, schedules, and stakeholder plans
- Use the tools employers expect: Excel, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello
- Build a portfolio of real evidence and launch your project career

## How it works

- Sessions are live and instructor-led, never pre-recorded.
- Cohorts are small for real instructor attention.
- Morning, evening, and weekend slots are available so you can study around a job.
- On completion you receive a British certificate (UKPRN: 10101097), verifiable online.
- A one-off registration fee confirms your seat, then you pay monthly or pay in full.
